CERTIFICATION
5S – Good 5S Practices(Lean Manufacturing)
5S Certification is an evaluation process that confirms a business has successfully implemented the 5S workplace management methodology.
The 5S methodology consists of five steps originating from Japanese: Sort (Seiri), Set in Order (Seiton), Shine (Seiso), Standardize (Seiketsu), and Sustain (Shitsuke), with the aim of creating a tidy, safe, and efficient working environment.
- Affirming operational discipline: Quang Minh applies 5S (Seiri–Seiton–Seiso–Seiketsu–Shitsuke) to maintain a neat, clean, and safe working environment, reducing errors and contamination — well-suited to carton packaging production.
- Enhancing productivity & delivery consistency: Shortening search and setup time, optimizing material and finished goods flow to ensure better and on-time delivery.
- Maintaining machinery and equipment while improving operational efficiency.
- Ensuring a comprehensive inspection and assessment of all factory operations to evaluate production capacity, quality management systems, working environment, and compliance with standards: 5S serves as the foundation of Lean/Kaizen, directly supporting already-certified systems such as BRCGS, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, and HACCP.
